Overview
DOKR PDF Pro: Scan & Sign ("the App") is an iOS application published by TSN Studio on the Apple App Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.
Data We Collect
Documents and Files: The App processes PDF documents, scanned images, and files you choose to open or import. This processing happens entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your documents to any external server.
Camera and Photo Library: The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely to scan documents and import images. Photos are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
Advertising Data (Google AdMob): The free version of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, usage data, and advertising identifiers (IDFA) to serve relevant ads, subject to your iOS privacy settings and App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent. You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Crash Reports and Analytics: The App may collect anonymized crash reports through Apple's built-in reporting system if you have opted in to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings. This data does not include your documents or personal information.
Data We Do NOT Collect

- • Your signatures or handwriting

- • Payment or financial information
- • Browsing history or activity outside the App
How We Use Data
The App uses your camera and photo library access only to perform the scanning and PDF operations you request. Advertising data is used solely by Google AdMob to display ads and measure ad performance. Crash reports are used only to identify and fix bugs in the App.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Any purchases or subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple via the App Store. TSN Studio does not handle, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment data.
Third-Party Services
Google AdMob: Used to serve ads in the free version of the App. AdMob is subject to Google's privacy policy and the iOS App Tracking Transparency framework. We have configured AdMob to comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.
Apple: App Store distribution, in-app purchase processing, and optional crash reporting are handled by Apple. See apple.com/privacy.
Data Storage
All your documents, signatures, and PDF files are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account (if you use iCloud Drive). TSN Studio does not have access to your iCloud storage and does not operate any cloud storage for your files.
Children's Privacy
DOKR PDF Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Your Rights
Since all your documents are stored on your device, you have full control: delete the App at any time to remove all local data. For advertising preferences, go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking for the App.
EU/EEA users have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing. California users have rights under CCPA. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
