DOKR PDF Pro ("the App") is an Android application published by TSN Studio on Google Play. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Nearly every PDF tool runs entirely on your device — your documents are never uploaded to our servers. The only exception is the optional Office Convert feature (described below), which you explicitly choose to use. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
Documents and Files: The App processes PDF documents, scanned images, and files you choose to open or import. Nearly all processing happens entirely on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your documents to any server — with one exception you control: the optional Office Convert feature, described below.
Office Convert (optional cloud feature): If you choose to use the Office Convert tool (for example, converting a PDF to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, or an Office file to PDF), the single file you select is securely uploaded over an encrypted connection to a conversion server operated by TSN Studio, converted, and the result is returned to your device. The file is processed only to perform the conversion you requested and is not stored, retained, logged, or shared after the conversion completes. This feature is entirely optional and asks for your explicit consent before the first use. If you never use Office Convert, no file ever leaves your device.
Camera and Photos: The App requests camera access to scan documents, and access to images you select through Android's photo picker. These are processed locally and are never uploaded to our servers.
Advertising Data (Google AdMob): The free version of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, the Android Advertising ID, and usage data to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent and applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA). Analytics & Crash Reports (Google Firebase): The App uses Firebase Analytics (anonymized app usage and interaction events) and Firebase Crashlytics (crash diagnostics) to help us understand usage and fix bugs. This data is collected by Google and never includes your documents or their contents.
The App uses your camera and photo access only to perform the scanning and PDF operations you request. Advertising data is used by Google AdMob to display and measure ads. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is used solely to understand aggregate usage and to identify and fix bugs.
The App is free and supported by advertising. Some Pro tools can be unlocked temporarily by watching an optional rewarded ad — no purchase required. Any purchases or subscriptions, if offered, are processed entirely through Google Play. TSN Studio does not handle, store, or have access to your payment information.
Google AdMob: Serves ads in the free version of the App, subject to Google's privacy policy. We have configured AdMob to comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.
Google Firebase: Provides Analytics and Crashlytics for aggregate usage insights and crash reporting.
Google Play: Handles app distribution and any in-app billing. See policies.google.com/privacy.
All your documents, signatures, and PDF files are stored locally on your device. Files you choose to save are written to your device's Downloads folder (in a "Dokr" subfolder). TSN Studio does not operate any cloud storage for your files and has no access to them.
DOKR PDF Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Since all your documents are stored on your device, you have full control: uninstall the App at any time to remove all local data. To control advertising, go to Android Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
EU/EEA users have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing. California users have rights under CCPA. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
