Paws Hooman: Pet Care & Health

Paws Hooman ("the App") is an iOS application published by TSN Studio on the Apple App Store. It helps you track your pets' care, health, reminders, expenses, and documents. We built the App to be private by design: your pet's information is stored and processed on your device, and is never uploaded to servers operated by TSN Studio. This policy explains what that means for you.
Pet & care information: Pet names, breeds, ages, weights, care logs, reminders, the health score, expenses, and any documents you add are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, this data may sync through your own private iCloud account so it is available on your other devices. TSN Studio cannot see or access your iCloud data.
Photos: Pet photos and any symptom photos you add are processed on your device only and are never uploaded to us.
Symptom guidance (Vet Triage): On supported iPhones, symptom guidance is generated entirely on your device — nothing is transmitted to produce it. On older iPhones that cannot run on-device AI, you may optionally chooseto enable cloud assistance. If you opt in, only the symptom text you write, the pet's species, breed, and age, and on-device photo cues (never the photo itself) are sent to a private server operated by TSN Studio and processed by a trusted third-party AI provider on our behalf to generate the guidance. This text is not stored long-term, is not used to train AI models, and is not used for advertising. Your identity, account, pet records, documents, and photos are never sent. If you do not opt in, triage runs on your device only. This feature provides general guidance only and is not a veterinary diagnosis.
Crash reports & analytics: The App keeps basic, anonymous usage counts on your device to improve the experience. Separately, if you have opted in to share analytics with developers in iOS Settings, Apple may send TSN Studio anonymized crash and performance reports through Apple's built-in system. These never include your pet data, photos, or personal information.
If you choose to send feedback from within the App, the message you write — along with an optional star rating, the feedback category, your app version, device model, operating-system version, and language — is sent to and stored on a private server operated by TSN Studio. We use this only to understand issues and improve the App.
Feedback is submitted anonymously: it is not linked to your identity, Apple ID, or any account, and it never includes your pet records, photos, documents, or contact details. Sending feedback is entirely optional — if you never use the feedback form, nothing leaves your device.
Paws Hooman offers an optional premium subscription. All purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple via the App Store. TSN Studio does not handle, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment data. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings.
Apple: App Store distribution, in-app purchase processing, optional iCloud sync, and optional crash reporting are handled by Apple. See apple.com/privacy. The App does not use third-party advertising or analytics services.
Your data is stored locally on your device and, if you choose, in your personal iCloud account. TSN Studio does not operate any cloud storage for your pet data and has no access to it. Because the data lives on your device, its security is protected by your device passcode, biometrics, and Apple's platform protections.
Paws Hooman provides general pet-care information and triage guidance to help you decide what to do. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary care and does not diagnose conditions. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or the nearest emergency animal hospital right away.
Paws Hooman is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Because your data is stored on your device, you have full control: you can delete individual records inside the App, or remove the App to delete all local data. If you use iCloud, you can manage that data in your iCloud settings.
EU/EEA users have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing. California users have rights under CCPA. Since we do not collect or hold your personal data, most requests are satisfied directly on your device; for any questions, contact us at the address below.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
