Paws Hooman ("the App") is an iOS application published by TSN Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Paws Hooman provides general pet-care information and triage guidance to help you decide what to do. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary care and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always use your own judgment and consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or the nearest emergency animal hospital immediately. Never disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional veterinary advice because of any information or guidance provided by the App. You are solely responsible for decisions you make regarding your pet's health and care, and any reliance you place on the App is strictly at your own risk.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial pet-care purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
The App offers an optional premium subscription ("Plus"), billed monthly or annually, and may include a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. All billing is handled by Apple.
Pet information, logs, photos, and documents you add to the App are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud account. We do not access, control, or back up your content. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any guidance. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any guidance is complete or correct for your specific situation. Some guidance is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your pet's specific circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSN Studio and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any illness, injury, deterioration, or death of your pet, nor for any veterinary, medical, or other costs, arising from or related to your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the App or any guidance it provides — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the App provides general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, you assume full responsibility and all risk for any decision you make regarding your pet. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TSN Studio and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, your reliance on any guidance it provides, or any decision you make regarding your pet's health or care.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
